How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

What happens if my package is lost?

If your package is lost in transit, we will resend your order free of charge or issue a full refund. Please contact our support team for assistance.

I entered a wrong address - what should i do?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to us immediately so we can correct it. Once an order has been shipped, we unfortunately can’t change the address.

What is Celina's return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

How do I return an item?

Simply contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll provide you with the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

I received the wrong item - what should I do?

If we sent the wrong item, please contact us right away with photos. We’ll ship you the correct product immediately at no extra cost.

My items arrived damaged - what should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 2–3 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they are already being processed and can’t be modified.
